案例教学法与以问题为基础学习教学法相结合在内科学消化系统教学中的应用

为了提高医学生的临床思维能力,武汉大学人民医院消化内科将案例教学法和以问题为基础学习教学法相结合运用于内科学消化系统教学之中.随机选择五年制临床医学专业15名实习学生为实验组,15名实习学生为对照组.实验组采用案例教学法和以问题为基础学习教学法,对照组采用常规教学法.通过以问题为基础学习(problem-based learning, PBL)教学法帮助学生回顾相关基础知识,通过案例教学法(case method)教会学生有关疾病的诊治流程,将基础知识融于临床案例中,使学生牢固地掌握该学科疾病的诊治技能.教学结束后,对两组学生的考核成绩进行比较,实验组学生的考核成绩优于对照组学生,说明案例教学法和以问题为基础学习教学法相结合的教学效果较好,对提高医学生的临床思维能力有较大的帮助,而对不同系统疾病的了解仍然需要进行专科的培训.

A combined method of case-based learning with problem-based learning in the teaching of gastrointestinal system

To improve the clinical thinking of the medical students, it was used in the learning of gastrointestinal and hepatic diseases that a combined method of case-based learning with problem-based learning (PBL).Fifteen medical students of the First Clinical College of Wuhan University were randomized chosen as test group and taught by the combination method, while another fifteen students from the same college and same grade were chosen as control group and taught by normal method.PBL method helped to remind basic knowledge while case-based learning helped to teach clinical thinking skills.The results showed that the combination method was helpful in the diagnosis, differential diagnosis and treatment teaching, but also showed that different systems need different trainings due to systematic specificity.
