海洋微生物活性物质的研究进展

摘    要:目的对海洋微生物代谢产物和药理活性的研究进展作一综述,并对海洋药物开发前景进行预测。方法通过查阅近年来国内外有关文献54篇,按照药理活性的不同,综述来自海洋放线菌、海洋真菌及海洋细菌中分离得到的结构新颖的活性代谢产物及其抗肿瘤、抗菌、抗病毒、免疫调节等作用。结果海洋微生物代谢产物含有多种活性化学成分,具有多种药理活性,可望开发成抗肿瘤、抗炎等方面的新药。结论综述了近年海洋微生物生物活性物质的研究进展。

Abstract:Objective To summarize the research progress in the study of marine microorganisms’ metabolites and their bioactivities, and predict the development of new marine drugs. Methods Recently published papers were consulted, and the new bioactivities compounds of microorganism from marine actinomycetes, fungi and bacteria were summarized based on the different bioactivities; their bioactivities included antibacterial, anti-tumor and anti-inflammatory activities. Results A variety of bioactive components was found in marine microorganisms, and they were hopeful to be developed as anti-tumor, anti-inflammatory drugs. Conclusions This review provides a reference to the research and development of marine bioactive components.
