摘    要:脑白质病是一种常见而又易被忽视的疾患,脑白质对各种有害刺激的典型反应是髓鞘的变化。儿童脑白质病不是一种独立的疾病,它是各种脑白质病的总称。弥散张量成像(DTI)是一种磁共振的重要检查方法,也是目前惟一无创性反映活体组织水分子交换功能状况的检查方法,可以说是从微观上反映组织结构的形态、功能状况。近年来DTI在儿童脑白质的发育及其病变诊断的研究进展较快,本文对此予以综述。

Abstract:Leucodystrophy is common disease easy to be neglected. The typical response of brain alba to kinds of destructive stimulus is the change in medullary sheath. This disease is not a independing diseases,it is the generic name of kinds of leucodystrophy. Diffusion - tensor imaging(DTI) is an important inspection method of nuclear magnetic resonance ,which is a way to reflect exchanging situation of hydrone in vivo tissue and show structure, shape and function in microcosmic level. Recently DTI not only develops fast in diagnosis of the growth and pathological changes of children brain white matter. So, this aricle rviews them.
