丹参对口膜黏膜下纤维化患者颊黏膜成纤维细胞增殖及胶原合成的影响

摘    要:目的:研究丹参对口腔黏膜下纤维化患者颊黏膜成纤维细胞的影响。方法:分别用MTT法、羟脯氨酸试剂盒测丹参对培养的患者颊黏膜成纤维细胞增殖及培养基中胶原含量的影响。方法:不同浓度丹参注射液(30mg/ml、60mg/ml、90mg/ml)不仅对颊黏膜成纤维细胞的增殖有显著的抑制作用,还能显著降低该细胞培养基中可溶性胶原的含量(P<0.05-0.01),上述抑制作用随药物浓度的增高而增强。结论:丹参对体外培养的口腔黏膜下纤维化患者颊黏膜成纤维细胞的增殖和胶原合成具有显著的抑制作用。可用于治疗口膜黏膜下纤维化。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the effects of salvia miltiorrhiza Bunge (SMB) on buccal fibroblasts in vitro.Methods Buccal fibroblasts were cultured and incubated with various concentrations of SMB(30 mg/ml?60 mg/ml?90 mg/ml) solution for 48 h. MTT assay and hydroxyproline reagcuat were used to evaluate the cell proliferation and the collagen production in the culture medium, respectively. Results This study showed that SMB Solution could significantly not only inbibit the growth of the cultured OSF buccal fibroblasts, but also reduce the soluble collagen production in the culture medium in a dose related manner.Conclusion This investigation demonstrated that SMB could significatitly inhibit the proliforation and the collagen synthesis in cultured OSF buccal fibroblasts, and suggested that SMB could play an important role in the treatment of OSF.
