147例无张力疝环充填式疝修补术

目的探讨无张力疝环填充式疝修补术在腹股沟疝修补中的临床应用.方法回顾性总结J998年7月至2002年5月间施行的147例次无张力疝环充填式疝修补术的手术方法及围手术期处理.结果本组无死亡,切口无感染,均为一期愈合.术后3天～5天出院.随访无1例复发.结论无张力疝环填充式疝修补术术具有手术创伤小,符合腹股沟管解剖生理,术后患者痛苦少,恢复快,复发率低等优点,疗效优于传统疝修补术.

Mesh Plug Hernia Repair in 147 cases Inguinal Hernia Patients

Objective: To explore the clinical application of mesh plug hernia repair. Methods: 147 cases of mesh plug hernia repair performed from July 1998 to May 2002 in our hospital were analyzed by retrospective analysis. Results: All patients healed by first intention without incisional infection or death, and were discharged 3-5 days after operation. There was no recrudescence during follow-up. Conclusions: Mesh plug tension-free hernia repair has the advantages of less trauma, little postoperative discomfort, rapid recovery and low relapse, and the curative effect is better than traditional therapy.
