纳米敷料治疗麻风足部溃疡的疗效观察

目的观察纳米敷料对麻风足部溃疡的治疗作用。方法选择康复医院留院并有足部溃疡的麻风病临床治愈者51例。按2∶1比率随机分配法分为2组。试验组34例,用纳米敷料(溃疡贴)外敷治疗;对照组16例,用庆大霉素凡士林油纱包扎。结果试验组34例,共有溃疡46个,记录为46个例,其中痊愈21个例,显效9个例,有效10个例,无效6个例,总有效率为86.96%;而对照组17例中溃疡数共有22个例,其中痊愈4个例,显效5个例,有效4个例,无效9个例;总有效率为59.10%。两组总有效率比较有显著性差异(χ2=6.72,P<0.01);两组痊愈病例的溃疡愈合时间的比较也有显著性差异(t=2.283,P<0.05)。结论安信纳米溃疡贴在促进麻风足部溃疡愈合方面有良好疗效,无明显不良反应,是治疗麻风足部溃疡较理想的敷料之一。

Clinical Observation on Application of Nano-dressing in Treatment of Leprelcosis Feet

Objective To study the efficacy of Nano-dressing for treating leprelcosis feet. Methods 51 cases of leprelcosis feet were divided into 2 gro ups. The study group were treated with Nano-dressing and the control group with Gentamycin-Vaselin gauze. The efficacy of treatment and side effects were observ ed in both groups. Results The total rate of effective treatment in the study g roup and control group were 89.96% and 59.10% respectively. The different betwe en two groups was significant (P<0.01). The healing time in the study group was obviously shorter than that of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Treatment of leprelcosis feet with nano-dressing showed a better clinic response in the p atients than with Gentamycin-Vaselin gauze.
