热敏脂质体的研究进展

摘    要:综述以二棕榈酰磷脂酰胆碱(DPPC)等为主要膜材的常规热敏脂质体以及磁性热敏脂质体、长循环热敏脂质体、多聚物热敏脂质体、热敏免疫脂质体的研究进展。以热敏脂质体为载体包埋化疗药物,可结合热疗的优势和靶向给药的特点,提高治疗靶向性,降低全身毒性,增强抗肿瘤疗效。

Abstract:The research progresses in thermosensitive liposome which is primarily composed of dipalmitoyl phosphatidylcholine (DPPC) and magnetic, long-circulation, polymer thermosensitive liposome and immunoliposome were reviewed. Owing to the combination with the advantages of hyperthermia and characteristics of targeted drug delivery system, the targeting effects can be improved, systematic toxicity can be reduced, and anti-tumor therapy effects can be eventually enhanced when chemotherapy drugs were embedded by using thermosensitive liposome as a carrier.
