| 摘 要： | 通过分析传统医学教育模式的特征与弊端，指出医学教育改革的必然性与迫切性，提出了高职高专医学教育改革应当从观念转变、课程体系建设、师资队伍建设、实习基地建设、教学方法和手段五个方面来突破，培养高素质应用型人才。

| Abstract: | Through analyzing the characteristics and disadvantages of traditional medical education model,the authors point out it is necessary and urgent to reform the medical education.Also in order to train practical talents with high qualities,the authors suggest that the college medical education be reformed in these aspects: conception change,curriculum system construction,teachers training,practice bases building and improvement of the teaching methods. |
