| 摘 要： | 目的探讨16排螺旋CT在冠状动脉病变诊断中的临床价值。方法对43例患者进行16排螺旋CT冠状动脉造影(CTA),并对造影结果与临床资料进行对比分析。结果可疑冠心病组22例,发现冠状动脉病变19例,阳性率86.4%。非冠心病组21例,发现冠状动脉病变2例,阳性率9.5%。结论CTA可作为冠状动脉粥样硬化病变的筛选手段。

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate the clinical value of 16 slides spiral CT angiography(CTA) in the diagnosis of coronary artery disease.Method 16 slides spiral CTA were performed in 43 patients,the resultswere compared with their clinical information.ResultsThe coronary artery disease of 19 patients were detected in 22 patients who were surprised of having coronary artery disease,the postive incidence was 86.4%,the coronary artery disease were detected in two patients of 21 patients who did not are surprised of having coronary artery disease,the postive incidence was 9.5%.Conclusion16 slides CT coronary angiography may provides a good screening method for coronary atery disease. |
