健脾化湿通络法对类风湿关节炎患者生活质量的影响

目的观察健脾化湿通络法对类风湿关节炎(RA)患者生活质量的影响。方法66例RA患者随机分为治疗组及对照组,治疗组36例给予健脾化湿通络中药新风胶囊,对照组予以正清风痛宁缓释片,两组服用天数为3个月。观察临床疗效,采用生活质量量表对两组患者治疗前后生活质量进行调查与比较。结果治疗组显效率优于对照组(P<0.05),无不良反应发生。在改善生活质量方面,两组治疗后生理功能、社会功能、心理功能、健康自我认识及总体生活质量得分均明显降低(P<0.05)但在降低心理功能、健康自我认识及总体生活质量得分方面,治疗组明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论健脾化湿通络中药新风胶囊能够提高RA患者总体生活质量,综合作用优于正清风痛宁缓释片。

The influence of xin feng capsule on the quality of life in patients with the rheumatoid arthritis (RA)

Objective To observe the influence of xin feng capsule on the quality of life in patients with rheumatoid arthritis(RA).Methods 66 RA patients were randomly divided into two groups.The treatment group(n=36) was treated with xin feng capsule for three months as a therapeutic course.The control group(n=36) was treated zheng qing feng tong ling controlled release tablet for three months as a therapeutic course.Clinical effectiveness and comparison of life quality in both groups before and after treatment were undertaken using a life quality questionnaire.Results The treatment group has a higher effective rate and drug adverse reaction compaered with the control group(P<0.05).In regard with life quality improvement,both group have a decreased score in physical function,social function,emotional function,self-recognized health status and general life quality,while the treatment group was significantly better in terms of scores decrease in emotional function,self-recognized health status and general life quality(P<0.05).Conclusion The traditional Chinese medicine xin feng capsule can improve the general life quality in RA patients,which is better than zhengqing fengtong ling controlled release tablet.
