不同ST段改变的急性冠脉综合征的临床特征

目的探讨不同ST段改变的急性冠脉综合征(ACS)患者的临床特征。方法将380例急性冠脉综合征患者分为ST段抬高组及非ST段抬高组,后者包括不稳定心绞痛和非ST段抬高的心肌梗死(NSTE-M I),记录患者的临床特征及住院结果并进行相关分析。结果380例急性冠脉综合征患者,152例伴有ST段抬高,228例不伴有ST段抬高,其中伴有ST段抬高组相对年龄稍轻,吸烟率及血运重建率较高,而非ST段抬高组则年龄较大,高血压,糖尿病等合并症较多,且女性比例较高。结论ST段抬高的急性冠脉综合征患者吸烟率较高,单支病变及血运重建率亦较高,而非ST段抬高的急性冠脉综合征中高血压、糖尿病更多见,且女性偏多,年龄偏大。

Clinical features of ST-segment change in patients with acute coronary artery syndrome

Objective To investigate the hypothesis that clinical features may be differently related to ACS with ST-segment elevation and non-ST segment elevation. Methods 380 patients were divided two groups. One group were ST-segment elevation ,the other group were non-ST segment elevation, and the latter contained unstable angina and NSTEMI. Clinical features and hospitalization were recorded and analyzed. Results 380 patients were analyzed, amony whom there were 152 cases with ST-segment elevation,228 cases with non-ST segment elevation. Patients with ACS who were smokers had an increased risk to present with ST elevation,and the group were younger,and the revascularization were higher. The non-ST segment elevation group had more prior diseases such as hypertention,diabeties and advanced ages, in addition, there were higher rates in women than in men. Conclusion Among patients with ACS, presenting with ST elevation is strongly associated with smoking, and non-ST elevation is associated hypertention, diabeties, advanced age and women.
