| 摘 要： | 目的探讨血液透析患者发生急性左心衰竭有关发病因素。方法43例老年患者血液透析(血透)慢性肾功能衰竭并发急性左心衰24例(Ⅰ组)及血透当中未并发急性左心衰竭19例(Ⅱ组),并测定了年龄、收缩压(SBP)、舒张压(DBP)血色素(Hb)、血尿素氮(BUN)、血肌酐(SCr)及超滤量等有关因素。结果Ⅰ组及Ⅱ组之间血压、血尿素氮(BUN)、血肌酐(SCr)及超滤量之间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论高血压、超滤量低时较易发生急性左心衰。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the correlated clinical factors of acute left heart failure during the hemofilfration(HF) in the elderly.Methods The data of 43 patients with chronic renal failure treated by HF complicated acute heart failure(Group Ⅰ,24cases) or without acute left heart failure(Group Ⅱ,21 cases) were analyzed.The age,systolic blood pressure,diastolic blood pressure,hemoglobin,blood urea nitrogen,weight,ultrafiltration volume between two groups were compared.Results The blood pressure,weight increased and UF volume decreased significautly in group Ⅰ compared with group Ⅱ(P<0.05).Conclusion Hypertension,low ultrafiltration are apt to induce acute heart failure. |
