运动再学习对急性脑卒中偏瘫患者运动功能及日常生活活动能力的影响

目的探讨早期实施运动再学习方法对脑卒中偏瘫患者的康复价值。方法102例脑卒中偏瘫患者随机分成治疗组(52例)和对照组(50例)进行临床对照性研究,两组均接受常规的临床药物治疗,治疗组加入运动再学习方法治疗,分别于治疗后1个月、3个月时比较两组患者上、下肢Brunnstrom运动功能评价和日常生活活动能力恢复情况。结果(1)两组患者治疗前上、下肢运动功能差异无统计学意义;治疗后1个月、3个月上、下肢运动功能差异有统计学意义(分别P<0.05,P<0.01);(2)两组患者治疗前日常生活活动能力差异无统计学意义;治疗1个月、3个月差异有统计学意义(分别P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论运动再学习治疗方法可以有效地改善急性脑卒中偏瘫患者的肢体运动功能,提高日常生活活动能力,提高患者生存质量。

The effect of training and learning on the motor function and viability daily of patients with acute stroke and hemiparalysis

Objective To study the effete of motor relearning programme(MRP) on activity daily of living(ADL) in hemiplegics three months after stroke.Methods102 patients were randomly divided into two groups:rehabilitation group(52 cases) and control group(50 cases),Patients in two group were given clinical treatment,and patients in the rehabilitation were given MRP,the evaluation was done in post-a-month and post-three-month after stroke.Results(1)The motor function in each group hadn't a significant difference before therapy(P>0.05).After one-month and three-month therapy.The Brunstrom scale in the rehabilitation group were obviously superior to that in the control groups(P<0.05,P<0.01).(2)The ADL in each group hadn't a significant difference before therapy.After one-month and three-month therapy.the ADL had a significant difference between two groups.ConclusionMRP on hemiplegics after stroke can obviously improve motor function and ADL,and improve the quality of living.
