氨基酸支持治疗的非小细胞肺癌患者血清炎症因子水平的变化

摘    要:目的探讨氨基酸肠外营养对非小细胞肺癌(non-small cell lung cancer,NSCLC)患者血清炎症因子水平的影响及炎症因子水平与患者营养状态之间的关系。方法选择经病理确诊的61例非小细胞肺癌患者,随机分为肠外营养支持组(31例)和常规化疗组(30例)。分析比较患者血清中炎症因子含量的变化,观察化疗前后患者体重变化及血中白细胞计数和白蛋白水平的变化。结果第三疗程化疗后,肠外营养支持组炎症因子水平降低,与常规化疗组比较差异有统计学意义。肠外营养支持组血中白细胞计数显著高于常规化疗组(P<0.05)。常规化疗组患者体重、血清白蛋白第一疗程化疗前与第三疗程化疗后相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),肠外营养支持组化疗前后则差异无统计学意义。结论NSCLC患者化疗配合氨基酸肠外营养支持治疗有助于降低机体的炎症状态,改善肿瘤患者的营养状况,提高生活质量。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the change of serum inflammatory factors in the non-small lung cancer patients treated by amino acid supportion. Methods Sixty-one patients of non-small lung cancer who were cornfinned by pathology were randomly divided to two groups which were treated with chemical therapy . One group received nine-compound amino acid 500ml per day, and the control group used chemical therapy only. in pre-therapy and post-therapy separately, we measured the level of serum inflammatory factors and studied its change in the two groups. Results The level of inflammatory factors were significantly decreased after chemical therapy in the two treatment groups. Conclusion it suggests that the supportive treatment with amino acid during the period of chemical therapy could prevent the non-small lung cancer patients from deteriorating their dystrophy.
