| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨敷料更换过程疼痛对伤口愈合速率的影响.方法 按入选标准选择慢性伤口患者60例,采用随机数字表法将患者随机分为两组,试验组采用促渗剂水溶性氮酮和盐酸利多卡因湿敷的方法用于局部麻醉,对照组采用生理盐水湿敷.规定观察周期为3周,清创之后均选用湿性愈合敷料覆盖伤口.使用数字化疼痛计分尺及换药时的血压、脉率对两组患者的疼痛程度进行评估,记录两组患者伤口的清创时间和愈合率.结果 试验组疼痛计分、收缩压、脉率、清创时间、伤口愈合率与对照组相比,差异均有统计学意义(均P＜0.05).两组间的舒张压差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05).结论 促渗剂水溶性氮酮和盐酸利多卡因联合使用可以改善伤口疼痛,缩短清创期,促进伤口愈合.
