亲属活体肾移植供者心理体验的质性研究

目的了解亲属肾移植供者的心理体验及其对负性心理的应对方式。方法采用现象学研究方法。通过立意、取样和深入访谈,以半结构式访谈提纲访谈10位亲属肾移植供者,将获得的资料运用Colaizzi内容分析法进行整理,分析亲属肾移植供者的真实心理体验。结果亲属活体肾移植供者心理体验存在四方面的主题:(1)感受到来自多方面的压力;(2)对躯体不适感能够应对;(3)体验到家庭和社会支持的重要性;(4)对肾移植手术存在期望,但由于知识缺乏,使期望值降低。结论医护人员应在肾移植手术期间,重视肾移植供者的心理体验,积极帮助肾移植供者应对所存在的心理问题;提高供者的认知水平,减轻负担;形成完整的、有针对性的护理学体系,从而促进其康复和生活质量的提高。

Qualitative Research on Psychological Experience of Living-donors for Renal Transplantation
