| 摘 要： | 目的探讨家属强化教育对维持性血液透析患者自我管理能力的影响。方法将60例维持性血液透析患者按随机数字表法随机分为观察组与对照组各30例,透析期间两组患者在常规治疗的同时接受健康教育,观察组在此基础上实施家属强化教育。干预6个月后评价两组患者自我管理能力、血压、血红蛋白、肾功能及甲状旁腺素水平等方面的差异性。结果干预后观察组患者规律透析、按时自测、合理饮食、遵医嘱服药、内瘘护理正确、体质量控制自我管理能力方面以及血压、血红蛋白、肾功能、钾离子方面均优于对照组(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论对家属实施强化教育,能提高维持性血液透析患者的自我管理能力,有助于使各项指标维持在正常范围内,减少并发症的发生,从而延缓疾病的发展,提高患者的生活质量。
