急性脑梗死患者凝血及外周血白细胞变化的临床观察

目的观察急性脑梗死患者凝血和外周血白细胞的变化,分析这些变化的临床意义。方法将170例脑梗死患者和120例健康人进行凝血和外周血白细胞的比较,并且将170例脑梗死患者根据梗死面积分为小、中、大面积3组,按神经功能缺损程度评分分为轻、中、重3型,分别比较其凝血和外周血白细胞的变化。结果脑梗死患者急性期纤维蛋白原(Fbg)、凝血酶原时间(PT)、活化部分凝血活酶时间(APTT)、凝血酶时间(TT)、白细胞(WBC)及中性粒细胞(NE)与健康对照组比较有明显统计学意义(P<0.01);不同面积梗死组间Fbg、WBC及NE有显著统计学意义(P<0.05),并且Fbg、WBC、NE在不同神经功能缺损组之间比较也有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论脑梗死急性期Fbg、WBC、NE与脑梗死的程度有关,其可作为病情轻重的评估指标。

The clinical observation on the changes of coagulation and white blood cell in patients with acute cerebral infarction

Objective To observe the changes of coagulation and white blood cell(WBC) in patients with acute cerebral infarction(ACI) and to analyse the clinical significance on the changes.Methods The coagulation and WBC were compared in 170 patients with ACI and 120 normal controls,different areas of cerebral infarction were divided three groups and the different levels of neurologic impairment were also divided three groups.Results The levels of Fbg,PT,APTT,TT,WBC and NE were significantly lower than those of contral group(P<0.01).The levels of Fbg,WBC and NE had significant differences with increasement of degree of severity of ACI(P<(0.05),)and the levels of those were also significantly different between the neurologic impairment groups(P<0.05).Conclusion The levels of Fbg,WBC and NE were related to the severity of cerebral infarction,which have important prognostic implications in patients with ACI.
