| 摘 要： | 目的:观察中药安络化纤丸结合核苷类似物,对慢性病毒性肝炎及代偿期乙型肝炎肝硬化患者肝纤维化指标的影响。方法:采用中药安络化纤丸抗纤维化结合核苷类似物抗病毒、护肝等综合治疗方法,治疗慢性乙型肝炎伴纤维化指标升高及代偿期乙型肝炎肝硬化患者,6个月为一疗程,治疗结束后比较治疗前、后肝纤维化指标:HA、PcⅢ、LN、IV。结果:治疗后血清HA、PcⅢ、LN、IV明显降低,与治疗前比较有显著性差异。结论:中药安络化纤丸具有肝纤维化的作用。

Clinical observation on treating hepatitis B fibrosis by Anluo Huaxian pill plus nucleoside analogues |

| Abstract: | Objective:To observe the effects ofAnluo Huaxian pill plus nucleoside analogues in impacting of chronic viral hepatitis and liver fibrosis index of decompensated liver cirrhosis in patients.Methods:Treating chronic hepatitis B with Fibrosis index increased and decompensated liver cirrhosis through the integrated method of Anluohuaxian pill antifibrotic plus nucleoside analogues against viruses and Hugan,6 months for a course,compared the hepatic fibrosis markers of HA、PcⅢ、LN、IV before and after treatment.Results:After treatment,serum of HA,the Pc III,LN,IV,significantly reduced,there was significant difference compared with before treatment. Conclusion:Anluohuaxian pill has the function of liver fibrosis. |
