糖尿病周围神经病变的中西医治疗进展

糖尿病周围神经病变(Diabetic Peripheral Neuropathy,DPN)是糖尿病常见的慢性并发症。中医治疗原则总归补气养血,活血通络,兼以健脾、化痰、祛瘀等,采取中药内服、中药足浴及足部按摩、针灸及穴位治疗、治疗仪器的使用等方法。现代医学认为其病因及发病机制目前尚未完全明了,治疗上是要以控制血糖为前提,坚持运动锻炼,平衡饮食,并采用改善血管功能、调整代谢紊乱、营养神经、止痛、手术等方法。目前对DPN的治疗已逐渐趋于多元化,多在严格控制血糖基础上采用中西医结合方法取得了显著疗效。本文就近5年来DPN的治疗及其进展做一综述。

A review on treating DPN in the integrative medicine

DPN was a common chronic complications of diabetes.Chinese medicine treatment principles:Yiqi Yangxue,Huoxue Tongluo,spleen,phlegm,stasis,and to take Chinese Herbs,Zuyu bath and foot massage,acupuncture and acupressure treatment,the use of treatment instruments and so on.Modern medicine to its etiology and pathogenesis were not yet fully understood,treatment to control blood glucose as a precondition to adhere to exercise,balanced diet,and improve vascular function,adjust the metabolic disorders,nutrition,nerve,pain,surgery and other methods.At present,DPN treatment has been tending to diversification,using integrative methods achieved a significant effect on basis of controlling of blood sugar.
