中医治疗颈椎综合征68例临床观察

目的:观察中药内服与中药内服加局部外敷治疗颈椎综合征的疗效。方法:随机将68例颈椎综合征分为观察组36例和对照组32例,观察组采用中药内服加局部外敷治疗,对照组单用中药内服治疗。两组均10d为1个疗程,连续治疗2个疗程,比较两组疗效。结果:两组治疗都有良好的疗效,但观察组治愈率和总有效率均高于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P0.01)。结论:中药内服加局部外敷治疗颈椎综合征,疗效优于单用内服中药治疗。

Clinical observation on treating 68 cases of cervical syndrome in TCM

Objective:To observe the effects of TCM oral and TCM oral plus local topical in treating cervical syndrome.Methods: 68 cases were randomly divided into the observation group(36 cases) and the control group(32 cases) ,the observation group was treated in TCM oral plus local topical,and the control group was treated in TCM oral.10 days for a course in the two groups,continued treatment for two courses,compared the efficacy in two groups.Results:Groups had good efficacy,but the cure rate and the total effective rate were higher in the observation group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.01) .Conclusion:The efficacy of TCM oral plus local topical was better in treating cervical syndrome.
