219例阴道超声诊断阴道出血的临床价值分析

目的探讨超声在妇产科阴道出血性疾病中的诊断价值。方法选择2008年2月～2011年8月收治的阴道出血患者219例，对其分别进行阴道超声以及宫腔镜下取活检筛查，以判断超声对阴道出血性疾病的筛查效果。结果超声检查中，不同病变患者的子宫内膜厚度有明显的差异（P〈0．05）；阴道超声检查的敏感度、特异性、阴性预测率以及阳性预测率分别为91．84％、81．23％、93．21％及70．19％；其对癌前病变以及子宫内膜癌的敏感性、特异性、阴性预测率以及阳性预测率分别为100．00％、63．26％、35．32％、100．00％。结论阴道超声对阴道出血性疾病的筛查具有较好的敏感性以及特异性，具有较好的诊断参考价值。

Clinical value analysis of ultrasound in the diagnosis of gynecology vaginal bleeding

Objective To evaluate ultrasound in obstetrics and gynecology vaginal bleeding in the diagnosis of disease.Methods All of 219 cases of vaginal bleeding were checked by vaginal ultrasound,respectively,and its hysteroscopic biopsy screening,vaginal ultrasound to determine the screening effect of bleeding disorders.Results Ultrasound examination of endometrial thickness in different lesions had significant differences(P < 0.05);In the vaginal ultrasound examination,the sensitivity,specificity,negative predictive and positive predictive value were 91.84%,81.23%,93.21% and 70.19%.In its precancerous lesions and endometrial cancer,the sensitivity,specificity,positive predictive and negative predictive rates were 100.00%,63.26%,35.32%,100.00%.Conclusion Vaginal bleeding vaginal ultrasound screening for disease have good sensitivity and specificity,and have good diagnostic reference value.
