中药煎液保留灌肠治疗盆腔淤血综合征的临床研究

目的:探讨中药煎液保留灌肠治疗盆腔淤血综合症(PCS)的临床疗效。方法:把120例PCS患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,各60例。治疗组,采用自拟中药煎液100ml保留灌肠,对照组采用替硝唑液100ml保留灌肠,均从月经干净5～7d后开始,1次/d,连用14d。持续三个月经周期为一疗程。结果:治疗组有41例临床症状基本消失(70%),17例临床症状改善(28.33%),2例症状无改善(3.33%)。与对照组比较差别有显著性(P0.05)。结论:中药煎液保留灌肠治疗盆腔淤血综合症效果较满意,是一种简便有效的治疗方法。

Clinical research on treating PCS in TCM

Objective:To investigate the clinical effects of TCM in treating PCS.Methods:120 cases were randomly divided into the treated group(60 cases) and the control group(60 cases).The treated group was treated in TCM medicine decoction 100ml retention enema,the control group was treated with Tixiaozuo solution 100ml retention enema,5～7 days after menstruation clean,once a day,treated for 14 days.Continuing a course of 3 menstrual cycles.Results:In the treated group,41 cases of clinical symptoms were disappeared(70%),17 cases of clinical symptoms were improved(28.33%) and two cases of clinical symptoms were no improvement(3.33%).Compared with the control group the difference was significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Clinical effects of TCM was a simple and effective method in treating PCS.
