| 摘 要： | 近年来随着超声影像学的进步，颈动脉超声检查已可清晰显示颈动脉纵轴、横轴等解剖图像，并可动态观察颈动脉内中膜厚度．以及颈动脉斑块形态、大小、范同等情况。颈动脉超声造影、颈动脉三维超声、颈动脉四维彩色多普勒血流显像（4D—CDFI）、颈动脉血管内超声（IVUS）、颈动脉弹性成像及血管回声跟踪（ET）技术等新技术的发展将在心脑血管疾病的临床诊断和研究方面提供良好的应用前景。

| Abstract: | With the advances of ultrasonography in recent years,the carotid artery ultrasonography could clearly demonstrate the longitudinal and transversal anatomical images,and dynamically show the carotid intima-media thickness and the shape,area as well as extent of carotid plaque.Ultrasound contrast carotid imaging,three dimensional ultrasonography,four dimensional color doppler flow imaging(4D-CDFI),intnavascular uitrasound(IVUS),carotid artery elastic imaging and echo-tracking(ET) have promising value in clinical diagnosis and research of cerebrocardiovascular disease. |
