一次性根管充填治疗慢性牙髓炎伴疼痛的疗效

目的探讨一次性根管充填治疗慢性牙髓炎伴牙齿、牙龈剧烈疼痛的临床疗效。方法选择2009年10月～2010年10月慢性牙髓炎伴牙齿、牙龈剧烈疼痛患者120例，按照随机数字表法分为研究组和对照组各60例。研究组采用一次性根管治疗，对照组采用分次性根管治疗。比较两组患者治疗后平均疼痛消失时间、治疗后用药天数和1年后的治疗效果。结果研究组平均疼痛消失时间和治疗后用药天数分别为（2．8±0．2）d、（3．9±0．2）d，对照组分别为（2．4±0．1）d、（3．6±0．2）d，两组比较差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05）。1年后综合疗效评价，研究组成功率为96．7％，对照组为98．3％，两组比较差异亦无统计学意义（P〉0．05）。结论一次性根管充填治疗慢性牙髓炎伴牙齿、牙龈剧烈疼痛效果确切稳定、操作方便。

The efficacy of single root canal filling in treatment of chronic pulpitis with pain

Objective To investigate the efficacy of single root canal filling in treatment of chronic pulpitis with pain.Methods One hundred and twenty patients with chronic pulpitis and severe pain of teeth,gums from October 2009 to October 2010 were randomly divided into study group and control group of 60 cases according to a random number table.The study group was taken with single root canal treatment,and the control group was taken with sub-time root canal treatment.The average pain time,the number of days after treatment,medication,and effect of 1 year after treatment for the two groups were compared.Results The average time for pain medication and the number of days for the study group after treatment were respectively(2.8 ± 0.2),(3.9 ± 0.2) d,and for the control group were(2.4 ± 0.1),(3.6 ± 0.2) d,and the differences were not statistically significant(P > 0.05).Evaluation comprehensively after 1 year,the rate of the power components was 96.7% and the control group was 98.3%,and the difference was not statistically significant(P > 0.05).Conclusion The effeccay of single root canal treatment of chronic pulpitis with severe pain of teeth,gums is stable,and it is easy to operate.
