胃癌根治术化疗对32例胃癌患者外周血T细胞亚群及NK细胞的影响

目的探讨胃癌患者根治术后化疗对外周血T细胞亚群及NK细胞的影响，了解化疗对机体免疫功能的影响。方法选择我院2007年6月～2010年6月32例胃癌根治术后行化疗的患者作为观察组，另选32例健康体检者作为对照组，分别检测两组外周血T淋巴细胞亚群CD3＋T、CD4＋T细胞、CD8＋T细胞、CD4＋／CD8＋及NK细胞的变化情况。结果32例胃癌术后化疗患者完全缓解（CR）17例，部分缓解（PR）8例、无变化（SD）5例，进展（PD）2例，总有效率78．1％（25／32）。胃癌根治术后化疗前32例患者CD4CF细胞、CD4＋／CD8＋、NK细胞明显低于健康对照组，术后进行3个周期的化疗后，与化疗前比较，32例胃癌患者CD4＋细胞、CD4＋／CD8＋、NK细胞明显升高（P〈0．05）。结论胃癌根治术化疗可以提高患者的临床疗效，化疗后可以提高机体CD4＋细胞、CD4＋/CD8＋及NK细胞的表达水平。

Influence of chemotherapy after radical surgery for gastric cancer on T cell subsets and NK cells in peripheral blood:An analysis of 32 cases

Objective To investigate the influence of chemotherapy after radical surgery for gastric cancer on the T cell subsets and NK cells in peripheral blood in order to understand the influence of chemotherapy on body immune function and investigate the importance and necessity of the chemotherapy.Methods Thirty-two patients receiving chemotherapy after radical surgery for gastric cancer from June 2007 to June 2010 of our hospital were selected as the observation group and 32 healthy examinees were selected as the control group.The changes of T lymphocyte subsets including CD3+ T cells,CD4+ T cells,CD8+ T cells and CD4+/CD8+ and NK cells in peripheral blood of the two groups were detected respectively.Results Of the 32 patients receiving chemotherapy after radial surgery for gastric cancer,complete remission(CR) was found in 17 patients,partial remission(PR) in 8 patients,no change(SD) in 5 patients and progress(PD) in 2 patients,with the total effective rate of 78.1%(25/32).The observation group was significantly lower than the healthy control group in the CD4+ T cells,CD4+/CD8+ and NK cells before the chemotherapy after radial surgery for gastric cancer.The CD4+ T cells,CD4+/CD8+ and NK cells significantly increased after 3 cycles of chemotherapy after radial surgery for gastric cancer compared with those before chemotherapy(P < 0.05).Conclusion Chemotherapy after radial surgery for gastric cancer can improve the clinical efficacy for patients,whose immune function remarkably decreased compared with normal people,and can improve the expression levels of CD4+ T cells,CD4+/CD8+ and NK cells.
