硫辛酸联合胰激肽原酶治疗糖尿病周围神经病变68例

目的观察硫辛酸联合胰激肽原酶治疗糖尿病周围神经病变的效果。方法136例糖尿病并发周围神经病变患者，随机分为治疗组和对照组各68例，两组均给予严格控制血糖及口服维生素B1、腺苷甲钴胺片治疗，治疗组再用硫辛酸600mg加入0．9％氯化钠液250mL中静滴，每日1次，胰激肽原酶40U，每日1次，肌注，2周为1个疗程。结果治疗组患者症状、体征、感觉及运动神经传导速度均比对照组有明显提高，两组比较有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论硫辛酸联合胰激肽原酶治疗糖尿病周围神经病变具有明显疗效。

Effect observation on thioctic acid combined with pancreatic kninogenase in treatment of diabetic with peripheral neurapathy

Objective To observe the clinical effect of thioctic acid combined with pancreatic kininogenase in treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathy(DPN).Methods We divided 136 diabetic patient with DPN randomly into cure group(68 cases) and control group(68 cases).Both groups were controled blood sugar and were given VitB1 and adenosine mecobdamin,the patients of the cure group were infused intravenously with 0.9% sanline solution(250mL) containing thioctic acid 600mg once a day for two weeks,were intramusular pancreatic kininogenase 40U once a day for two weeks.Results After treatment with thioctic acid combined with pancreatic kininogenase,the changes of symptoms and signs of nerve system were obviously improved,compared with control group,with significant differences(P < 0.05).Conclusion Thioctic acid combined with pancreatic kininogenase is effective in treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathy.
