窄谱中波紫外线联合郁金银屑片治疗寻常型银屑病

目的探讨窄谱中波紫外线（NB—UVB）联合郁金银屑片治疗寻常型银屑病的疗效与安全性。方法将人选的96例寻常型银屑病患者随机分为观察组与对照组各48例。对照组予NB—UVB照射治疗，每周3次；观察组在此基础上口服郁金银屑片5片，每日3次。疗程均为8周。观察两组的PASI评分、疗效及不良反应情况。结果治疗4周后．观察组与对照组PASI评分分别为（4．13±2．32）、（6．35±3．14），临床有效率分别为62．5％、39．6％（P〈0．05）。治疗8周后，观察组与对照组PASI评分分别为（2．06±1．20）、（3．58±1．67），临床有效率分别为87．5％、68．8％（P〈0．05）。不同时间点PASI评分进行方差分析显示，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．01）。两组患者不良反应少且轻微。结论NB—UVB联合郁金银屑片治疗寻常型银屑病疗效高，安全性好。

Efficacy of yujinyinxie tablet and narrow-band ultraviolet B for treatment of psoriasis vulgaris

Objective To investigate the efficacy and safety of yujinyinxie tablet and narrow-band ultraviolet B(NB-UVB) for treatment of psoriasis vulgaris.Methods All of 96 patients with psoriasis vulgaris were randomly divided into observation group and control group with each of 48 cases.The control group were treated with NB-UVB irradiation,3 times/week.On the basis of this,the observation group were treated with yujinyinxie tablets in addition.The course was 8 weeks.PASI score,efficacy and adverse reactions were observed.Results After 4 weeks of treatment,the PASI scores of the observation group and control group were(4.13 ± 2.32) and(6.35 ± 3.14) respectively,and clinical efficacy was 62.5% and 39.6%,respectively(P < 0.05).After 8 weeks of treatment,the PASI scores were(2.06 ± 1.20) and(3.58 ± 1.67),respectively,and clinical efficacy was 87.5% and 68.8%,respectively(P < 0.05).PASI score at different time points were statistically significant by analysis of variance(P < 0.01).The adverse reactions in both two groups were few and mild.Conclusion NB-UVB combined with yujinyinxie tablet is effective and safe in the treatment of psoriasis vulgari.
