中西医结合治疗类风湿性关节炎72例疗效观察

目的:为了探讨中西医结合治疗类风湿性关节炎的疗效。方法:将144例类风湿性关节炎患者随机分为中西医结合组与西医组各72例,观察两组患者治疗前后的临床症状和体征进行分级,并对血沉(ESR),C反应蛋白(CRP)、类风湿因子(RF),血小板计数(PLT)等实验室指标进行检测。结果:中西医结合组与西医组相比,患者病情改善更明显,Ⅰ级、Ⅱ级患者增多,Ⅲ级、Ⅳ级患者减少。结论:中西医结合治疗类风湿性关节炎疗效优于西医。

Efficacy observation on treating 72 cases of RA in the integrative medicine

Objective:To observe the effect of treating RAin the integrative medicine.Methods:144 cases of patients with RA were randomly divided into integrative medicine and western medicine group,72 each,the two groups of patients before and after the clinical signs and symptoms were graded,the erythrocyte sedimentation rate(ESR) ,C-reactive protein(CRP) ,rheumatoid factor(RF) ,platelet count(PLT) and other laboratory parameters were detected.Results:The integrative medicine group compared with western medicine group,the patients improved more significantly,gradeⅠand gradeⅡpatients increased,class III,IV class patients to reduce. Conclusion:The integrative medicine more effective than the western medicine on treating RA.
