社区空巢老人高血压用药依从性影响因素

目的探讨如何提高社区空巢老人高血压服药依从性。方法对548例社区高血压空巢老人服药依从性进行相关分析。结果社区空巢老人高血压服药状况在年龄、经济水平、是否夫妻同住、文化水平、付费方式、身心健康、子女支持、社区服务及支持等方面存在着显著差异（P〈0．05）；较大的年龄、较差的经济状况、没有夫妻同住、较差的身心健康状况、子女支持较差等是影响服药依从性的危险因素（OR〉1，P〈0．05）；而较高的文化水平、公费等是保护因素（OR〈1，P〈0．05）。结论社区空巢老人高血压服药依从性和多种因素有关，相关教育很有必要。

Study on the influence factors of the drug use in hypertensive empty nest elderly in community

Objective To investigate the influence factors of the drug use in hypertensive empty nest elderly in community.Methods The risk factors of drug use analysis were performed in 548 hypertensive empty nest elderly.Results Age,economic level,living together or not,education level,physical and psychological status,mode of payment,children utilization and utilization of community were associated with hypertensive empty nest elderly(P < 0.05).Older age,lower economic level,not living together,poor physical and psychological status and poor children utilization were the risk factors of the drug use(P < 0.05),while higher education level and public expense were protective factors(P < 0.05).Conclusion The drug use of hypertensive empty nest elderly is associated with many factors,and relevant education is necessary.
