| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨中西医结合治疗糖尿病肾病的治疗疗效。方法：选取在我院治疗的260例糖尿病肾病患者,随机分为观察组和对照组,观察组给予中西医结合治疗,对照组单纯给予西药治疗,比较治疗疗效。结果：观察组总有效率为89.23%,对照组总有效率为73.85%,经治疗后,观察组患者血糖、TC、TG、BUN、Cr水平明显低于对照组（P〈0.05）。结论：中西医结合治疗糖尿病肾病,可明显提高有效率,治疗效果好。

| Abstract: | Objective:To investigate the effects of the integrative medicine in treating diabetic nephropathy.Methods:260 cases were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,the observation group was treated in integrative medicine,the control group was treated with western medicine,compared the efficacy in two groups.Results:The total effective rate of the observation group was 89.23%,and was 73.85%in the control group,after treatment,the levels of blood glucose,TC,TG,BUN,and Cr were significantly lower in the observation group(P<0.05) .Conclusion:Treating diabetic nephropathy in integrative medicine have a good efficacy. |
