护理干预对乳腺癌手术患者生活质量的影响

目的对乳腺癌手术患者实施系统的护理干预措施，观察其对乳腺癌患者术后生活质量的影响。方法对我院2008年1月～2011年1月住院行手术治疗的乳腺癌患者50例进行观察，根据护理方法不同随机分为干预组和对照组各25例；对照组随机执行医嘱给予常规护理，干预组于术前、术中及术后给予系统的围术期护理干预．应用统计学方法对两组患者的生活质量评分及术后并发症进行对比分析。结果干预组的生活质量各项评分与对照组比较，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。干预组患者术后并发症明显低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论对乳腺癌手术患者通过实施系统的围术期护理干预，使其生活质量得到明显改善，同时明显减少了其术后并发症。

Nursing intervention for breast cancer surgery quality of life

Objective To observe the effect of nursing interventions patients for breast cancer surgery,and also observe its impact on breast cancer patients quality of life.Methods All of 50 breast cancer inpatient surgical treatment patients were observed in our hospital from January 2008 to January 2011,according to the methods of care were randomly divided into intervention group and control group of 25 patients,control grouprandomized to perform a clinical and received routine care,the intervention group was given in the preoperative,intraoperative and postoperative nursing interventions,the application of statistical methods for the two groups of patients quality of life score and complications were analyzed.Results The intervention group’s quality of life compared with the control group the score,the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).Postoperative complications in the intervention group was significantly lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).Conclusion Through the system of perioperative nursing intervention can significantly improve quality of life for breast cancer patients,and also significantly reduce the complications of breast cancer patients.
