| 摘 要： | 目的观察三金片联合坦索罗辛及环丙沙星治疗慢性前列腺炎的临床疗效。方法选择2009年1月-2011年1月于我院住院治疗的慢性前列腺炎患者58例，根据随机数字表法随机分为联合组和对照组各29例。对照组29例予坦索罗辛及环丙沙星治疗，联合组给予三金片联合坦索罗辛及环丙沙星治疗片，比较两组的疗效及副作用。结果与对照组比较，联合组的总有效率明显高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论三金片联合坦索罗辛及环丙沙星治疗慢性前列腺炎疗效确切，安全性好，值得临床广泛推广和应用。

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Sanjin tablets combined with tamsulosin and ciprofloxacin in treatment of chronic prostatitis.Methods From January 2009 to January 2011,58 patients with chronic prostatitis according to a random number table were randomly assigned to the combined group and control group.Control group was treated with tamsulosin and ciprofloxacin,and combined group was treated with Sanjin tablets combined with tamsulosin and ciprofloxacin.The efficacy and side effects were compared.Results Compared with control group,the total efficiency of the combined group was significantly higher,the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).Conclusion Sanjin tablets combined with tamsulosin and ciprofloxacin in the treatment of chronic prostatitis is effective,safe,good,and it is worthy of extensive promotion and application. |
