| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨中医辨证施护在治疗功能性消化不良中的积极作用,寻找有效可行的护理方法。方法:将40例患者随机分为常规护理组19例,接受常规西医护理;辨证施护组21例,根据疾病的临床分型,进行辨证护理,比较两组的治愈率和总有效率。结果:辨证施护组在治愈率及总有效率方面均优于常规护理组,差异有统计学意义P0.05。结论:辨证施护在功能性消化不良的治疗护理中有积极意义,值得临床推广。

| Abstract: | Objective:To investigate the active role of TCM nursing in the treatment of functional dyspepsia,and find a feasible and effective method.Methods:Forty patients were randomly divided into usual care group(19),the usual care group received conventional western care;Dialectic care group 21 cases were treated with dialectical nursing,according to the disease clinical classification,were compared the cure rate and overall efficiency of the two groups.Results:The dialectic care group in the cure rate and total efficiency was better than the usual care group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The dialectic care in the treatment of functional dyspepsia care has a positive meaning,worthy of promotion. |
