不同途径应用舒芬太尼对罗哌卡因颈丛阻滞效果的影响

目的观察舒芬太尼静脉注射与罗哌卡因复合对颈丛阻滞效果的影响。方法80例ASAⅠ～Ⅱ级罗哌卡因颈丛阻滞下甲状腺切除患者随机分为A、B、C三组。所有患者在颈丛阻滞前2min静脉注射咪达唑仑0．03mg／kg，A组和B组同时分别静脉注射芬太尼1μkg和舒芬太尼0．1μg／kg，C组阻滞液中含有舒芬太尼0．1μg／kg。术中根据患者的反应静脉注射相应的阿片类药物。结果三组患者术中知晓、麻醉满意度和术后镇痛需要相似。结论用于改善颈丛阻滞的效果，舒芬太尼与芬太尼静脉注射有相似的效果．与罗哌卡因复合应用并不比静脉注射有明显的优势。

Effects of Sufentanil applied via different routes on cervical plexus block with Ropivacaine

Objective To observe the efficacy of sufentanil applied intravenous1y or combined with ropivacaine on cervical plexus block.Methods Eighty adult patients,ASA Ⅰ～Ⅱ,undergoing elective thyroidectomy under cervical plexus block were randomly allocated into three groups.All patients received intravenous midazolam 0.03 mg/kg two minutes before cervical plexus block.Fentanyl 1μg/kg was intravenously administrated at the same time in group A;Sufentanil 0.1 μg/kg intravenously administrated in group B;Cervical plexus block was performed with ropivacaine combined with sufentanil 0.1 μg/kg in group C.A bolus of the corresponding opioid was intravenously given according to response to stimulation during operation.Results Awareness,satisfaction to anesthesia and demands of analgesic were similar among the three groups.Conclusion Intravenously used for improvement of cervical plexus block,sufentanil has equal effect as fentanyl,but the use combined with ropivacaine hasn’t advantages over intravenous injection.
