早期康复对膝关节周围骨折术后关节功能恢复及骨密度的影响

目的探讨早期康复对膝关节周围骨折术后关节功能恢复及骨密度的影响。方法将我院住院治疗的80例膝关节周围骨折患者随机分为对照组与观察组各40例。对照组患者给予常规治疗措施，在术后3周后给予康复治疗，观察组患者在围手术期进行早期系统康复治疗，比较两组患者术后关节功能恢复及骨密度的变化。结果治疗后1个月观察组与对照组膝关节优良率分别为92．5％和77．5％，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）；治疗后3个月观察组膝关节Lysholm评分及关节活动度ROM均显著优于对照组（P〈0．05）；两组患者术后2个月检测腰椎、股骨骨密度较术前均下降，但观察组患者骨密度的减少量显著低于对照组（P〈0．05）。结论对膝关节周围骨折进行早期康复可减少骨密度减少量，促进关节功能恢复，改善患者预后。

Effect of early rehabilitation on functional recovery after fractures around the knee and its influence for bone mineral density

Objective To explore the effect of early rehabilitation on functional recovery after fractures around the knee and its influence for bone mineral density.Methods Eighty cases with fractures around the knee were randomly divided into control group and observation group with 40 patients in each group.The control group was given routine treatment and received rehabilitation for 3 weeks after operation.The observation group was performed early rehabilitation around perioperative period.The change of functional recovery and bone mineral density were compared between two groups.Results Fineness rate 1 month after treatment was 92.5% and 77.5% in observation group and control group respectively(P < 0.05);Lysholm scores and ROM 3 months after treatment in experience group were much superior to controls(P < 0.05);Bone mineral density of femoral neck and lumbar vertebra were decreased in two groups 2 months after operation,but the bone mineral density loss in control group was more than that in observation group(P < 0.05).Conclusion Early rehabilitation on functional recovery after fractures around the knee can decrease the bone mineral density loss,promote the functional recovery and improve the prognosis of patients.
