| 摘 要： | 目的:为进一步做好小儿紫癜中医辨证治疗作用的研究工作提供科学依据。方法:通过对80例小儿紫癜患者随机分成实验组和对照组,其中实验组使用中药进行治疗,对照组采用常规西药保守治疗,观察两组的作用疗效。结果:中药组对小儿紫癜总有效率达到92.5%,而西药对照组总有效率只达到57.5%,两组治疗效果差异有明显统计学意义(P0.01),即中药组对小儿紫癜患者治疗后临床作用明显有效。结论:小儿紫癜采用中医辨证治疗效果好、副作用少,值得在临床中大力推广。

Treating purpura in children in TCM |

| Abstract: | Objective:Providing a scientific basis to further improve the study of the role of TCM in treating purpura in children. Methods:80 cases of purpura in children were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group,the experimental group was treated in TCM,the control group was treated by conventional western medicine,and observed the efficacy of the two groups.Results: The total effective rate was 92.5%in the experimental group,and was 57.5%in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.01) ,the clinical efficacy of the experimental group was significant.Conclusion:Treating purpura in children in TCM had a good efficacy and less side effects,worthy of clinical application. |
