针刺疗法配合中药熏洗治疗中风后偏瘫患肢肿胀的疗效观察

目的:探讨中风偏瘫后患肢水肿的最佳治疗方法。方法:将我科收治的90例中分后偏瘫患肢肿胀的患者随机分为观察组和对照组,观察组采用针灸配合中药熏洗,对照组采用西药口服利尿药,治疗十天后比较临床疗效。结果:观察组总有效率为88.9%,对照组总有效率为62.2%,观察组疗效优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P0.05);两组治疗前后水肿症状积分比较,观察组患者患肢压之凹陷、皮肤湿冷、对肢体功能的影响、总分值改善情况明显优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论:针刺疗法配合中药熏洗治疗中风后偏瘫患肢肿胀疗效确切,值得临床推广。

Efficacy observation of acupuncture plus TCM in treating hemiplegic limb swelling after stroke

Objective:To investigate the best method of treating limb edema after stroke hemiplegia.Methods:90 cases were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,45 cases in each.The observation group were treated by acupuncture plus TCM,and the control group were treated by western medicine.Compared the efficacy of the two groups after treatment for 10 days. Results:The total effective rate was 88.9%in the observation group and 62.2%in the control group,the efficacy of the observation group was better,differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);Compared the edema symptom scores before and after treatment,the situation of the observation group were significantly better than the control group,(P<0.05) .Conclusion:Acupuncture plus TCM was effective in treating hemiplegic limb swelling after stroke,worthy of clinical application.
