| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨影响鼻三针治疗过敏性鼻炎的疗效之主要因素的最佳值,从而优化鼻三针治疗过敏性鼻炎的方案。方法:将造模后的豚鼠按照均匀设计的U63表分为6个试验组,每个试验组按照均匀设计方案进行治疗,然后利用均匀设计软件得出最佳组合的治疗方案。结果:作为鼻三针的特色疗法,药物注射和自血注射均对鼻三针治疗过敏性鼻炎的疗效影响较大,而留针过程的运针次数对疗效的影响则很小。结论:利用鼻三针进行针刺治疗后,加用穴位药物注射和自血注射,并取较长的疗程,可获得更佳疗效。

Optimization of experimental research on treating allergic rhinitis by nose triple acupuncture |

| Abstract: | Objective:To find out the optimum value of the main factors that affect the curative effect in treating allergic rhinitis by nose triple acupuncture in order to improve the plan of nose triple acupuncture in treating allergic rhinitis.Methods:divided the allergic rhinitis model of guinea pigs into 6 experimental groups with the uniform design table U63,each test group received the treatment according to uniform design scheme,then utilizing the uniform design software to output the best combination of treatment regimen.Results:As characteristic therapies of the nose triple acupuncture,medicine injection and self blood injection show the greater curative effect in treating allergic rhinitis,while needle operation frequency during the acupunctrre cture manipulation process affects little.Conclusion:After basic nose triple acupuncture treatment,utilizing the medicine injection and self blood injection as additional treatment,and taking the longer treatment course,best curative effect would be obtained. |
