| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨雾化吸入氨溴索联合振动排痰治疗细菌性肺炎的临床效果。方法：对本科室180例患者进行分析总结,将患者随机分为A组60例,B组60例,C组60例;A组采用雾化吸入氨溴索后排痰机排痰,B组只采用排痰机排痰,C组只采用雾化吸入氨溴索。治疗后观察3组每日排痰量、症状、胸部啰音、胸部影像学,记录体温、血白细胞恢复到正？氖奔洹⒆≡？天数。结果：治疗后A组治疗效果与B、C两组比较有显著性差异（P〈0.05）。结论：在细菌性肺炎患者的治疗中,采用雾化吸入氨溴索联合振动排痰治疗效果显著,优于二者单一的治疗方法。

| Abstract: | Objective:To investigate the clinical observation of atomization inhalation of ambroxol plus vibration expectoration in treating bacterial pneumonia.Methods:180 patients were analyzed and summarized in our laboratory,and were randomly divided into group A(60cases) ,group B(60 cases) ,group C(60 cases);group A was treated by atomization inhalation of ambroxol plus vibration expectoration,group B was treated with vibration expectoration,group C was treated with atomization inhalation of ambroxol treatment. Three groups were observed daily status after treatment.Results:After treatment,the clinical efficacy of group A had significant differences which compared with the clinical efficacy of group B and group C(P<0.05) .Conclusion:The efficacy of atomization inhalation of ambroxol plus vibration expectoration in treating bacterial pneumonia was significant. |
