| 摘 要： | 目的比较膀胱肿瘤膀胱部分切除与经尿道单纯电切的临床效果。方法对收治的58例膀胱肿瘤患者进行手术，其中29例实行膀胱肿瘤部分切除，29例行经尿道单纯电切，随访3年，观察其复发情况。结果两组手术的时间、住院时间、术后导尿时间及手术的出血量、3年复发率比较，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论电切术和部分膀胱切除在治疗膀胱肿瘤方面各有优点，膀胱部分切除术后复发率低，电切术手术时间短、出血少、术后恢复快、住院时间短。

| Abstract: | Objective To study the clinical effect of transurethral resection and partial cystectomy for bladder tumor.Methods All of 58 patients were divided into two groups randomly.The transurethral resection and partial cystectomy were used in two groups,and the recurrence in three years was studied.Results Surgery time,hospital time,postoperative catheterization time and surgical blood loss,3-year recurrence rate had the statistically significant difference(P﹤0.05) compared with the control group.Conclusion The clinical advantages of transurethral resection and partial cystectomy are different.The recurrence rate is lower after partial cystectomy.The surgical time is shorter,the bleeding is less,the recovery is faster and the time in hospital is short. |
