| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨消银颗粒联合复方甘草酸苷治疗银屑病的疗效。方法：选择本院2008年7月～2011年7月收治的银屑病患者600例,随机分为治疗组与对照组,对比观察两组病例的疗效与不良反应。结果：治疗组总有效率为84.7%;对照组总有效率为59.0%。两组病例治疗结果比较情况为,治疗总有效率（x2=6.14,P〈0.05）,比较差异均有显著性。结论：在银屑病患者的临床治疗中,采取消银颗粒联合复方甘草酸苷治疗方案的疗效明显优于其他治疗方法,而且具有临床不良反应少的特点。

| Abstract: | Objective:To investigate the efficacy of Xiaoyin particles plus compound glycyrrhizin in treating psoriasis.Methods: From July 2008 to July 2011,600 cases were randomly divided into the treated group and the control group,compared the efficacy and adverse effects of the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of the treated group was 84.7%,and was 59.0%of the control group.The total efficiency(x2=6.14,P<0.05) ,differences were significant.Conclusion:Treating psoriasis by Xiaoyin particles plus compound glycyrrhizin had a good efficacy,and had the features with clinical adverse reactions less. |
