| 摘 要： | 目的探讨甲状腺微小病变与咽异感症相关性。方法选取300例咽异感症病患者作为实验组，按实验组男女比例随机选取300例健康体检人群作为对照组，均做甲状腺高频彩色超声检查，对两组进行统计分析。结果实验组患甲状腺微小病变远高于对照组（P〈0．叭），尤其女性观察对象具有统计学意义（P〈0．01），而男性观察对象无统计学意义（P〉0．05），男性甲状腺微小病变与咽异感症相关性不强。结论甲状腺微小病变与咽异感症相关性强，尤其表现于女性。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To analyze thyroid abnormalities associated with abnormal sensation of pharynx.Methods All 300 patients with abnormal sensation of pharynx and 300 normal persons,according to sex ratio of the patients group were recruited.Thyroid color ultrasonic imaging was performed to identify thyroid abnormalities,then statistically analyze between the two groups.Results The incidence of Thyroid abnormalities among the patients with abnormal sensation of pharynx was great than that among normal confluence(P < 0.01),especially in the swatch of female(P > 0.05),however in the swatch of male,the relation between Thyroid abnormalities and abnormal sensation of pharynx was not consanguineous.Conclusion Thyroid abnormalities may be correlated with abnormal sensation of pharynx,especially in the group of female. |
