| 摘 要： | 目的:观察牵引针灸联合香丹穴位注射治疗腰椎间盘突出症的疗效。方法:将本院收治的96例腰椎间盘突出患者根据患者自愿原则分为对照组与观察组,对照组采取三维牵引加针灸进行治疗,观察组在对照组基础上加用香丹穴位注射治疗,对比两组疗效。结果:观察组治愈时间显著少于对照组,P0.01;观察组治愈率显著高于对照组,P0.01;观察组有效率明显高于对照组,P0.05。结论:牵引针灸联合香丹穴位注射治疗可有效提高牵引针灸治疗腰椎间盘突出的疗效,明显缩短治疗时间。

Efficacy observation on treating lumbar disc herniation by the Qianyin acupuncture plus Xiangdan acupoints injection |

| Abstract: | Objective:To observe the effects of the Qianyin acupuncture plus Xiangdan acupoints injection in treating lumbar disc herniation.Methods:96 cases were divided into the control group and the observation group according to the principles of patients voluntarily,the control group was treated by the three-dimensional pulling plus acupuncture,the observation group was treated with Xiangdan acupoints injection on the basis of the control group,compared the efficacy of the two groups.Results:The healing time of the observation group was significantly less(P<0.01);The cure rate of the observation group was significantly higher(P<0.01);The effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher(P<0.05) .Conclusion:The Qianyin acupuncture plus Xiangdan acupoints injection had a good efficacy in treating lumbar disc herniation. |
