梅花针联合拔罐疗法治疗膝关节骨性关节炎临床观察及护理体会

目的:观察梅花针联合拔罐疗法治疗膝关节骨性关节炎的临床疗效。方法:对我院2009年3月～2010年3月间60例膝关节骨性关节炎患者随机分为治疗组25例和对照组25例,治疗组采用梅花针+拔罐疗法+透明质酸钠关节腔内注射;对照组仅采用透明质酸钠关节腔内注射,两组均采用相应的护理措施。结果:治疗组有效率90.0%,对照组有效率66.7%,治疗组明显高于对照组(P0.05)。结论:梅花针联合拔罐疗法可以解痉止痛,配合透明质酸钠营养保护关节软骨,从而达到治疗膝关节骨性关节炎的目的;相应的护理措施能够防止皮肤感染等并发症。

Clinical observation and nursing of treating osteoarthritis of the knee by plum-blossom needle plus cupping therapy

Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of treating osteoarthritis of the knee by plum-blossom needle plus cupping therapy.Methods:From March 2009 to March 2010,60 cases of patients with osteoarthritis of the knee in our hospital were randomly divided into treatment group(n=25) and control group(n=25) ,the treatment group were treated with plum-blossom needle+Cupping+ sodium hyaluronate intra-articular injection;The control group were only given sodium hyaluronate intra-articular injection,both groups were given the appropriate care measures.Results:The effective rate of treatment group was 90.0%and the effective rate of the control group was 66.7%the treatment group was significantly higher(P<0.05) .Conclusion:The plum blossom needle cupping therapy can spasm pain with sodium hyaluronate nutrition protect the articular cartilage,so as to achieve the purpose of the treatment of osteoarthritis of the knee;appropriate nursing interventions can prevent skin infections and other complications.
