| 摘 要： | 目的探讨检测脑供血不足患者血清超敏C反应蛋白（hs—CRP）和血浆纤维蛋白原（FIB）的水平变化的临床意义。方法检测80例脑供血不足患者血清超敏C反应蛋白和血浆纤维蛋白原水平，同时检测40例健康体检者作为对照组．并对结果进行统计学分析。结果脑供血不足患者血清中的血清超敏C反应蛋白及血浆纤维蛋白原水平明显高于对照组，差异具有统计学意义（P〈0．05）；且血清超敏C反应蛋白水平与血浆纤维蛋白原水平呈正相关。结论血清超敏C反应蛋白和血浆纤维蛋白原可能参与了脑供血不足的发生和发展过程，对脑供血不足患者的诊断和预后具有一定的临床价值。

| Abstract: | Objective To study the clinical significane of testing HS-CRP and FIB of patients with cerebral blood deficiency.Methods All 80 patients with cerebral blood deficiency were tested their level of hs-CRP in blood and Fib in blood plasma,and 40 cases of person who were medical examination were also tested their level of hs-CRP in blood and Fib in blood plasma.Then we analysed the results by the statistically.Results The level of hs-CRP in blood and Fib in blood plasma of the patients with cerebral blood deficiency was obviously higher than the patients’ who were medical examination,the difference was significant(P < 0.05).Conclusion The hs-CRP in blood and Fib in blood plasma probable take part in the cerebral blood deficiency and evolution of process,and they will have the clinical vaule in diagnosis and prognosis. |
