艾滋病免疫重建相关影响因素探讨

艾滋病患者在接受高效抗逆转录病毒疗法后，部分患者可以产生免疫重建现象，而影响免疫重建的因素极其复杂，人口学因素、人类免疫缺陷病毒（HIV）病情阶段、治疗类型、合并感染、基线CD+4T细胞水平、异常免疫激活、相关免疫表型及病原学因素等原因都可能对免疫重建造成影响，中医药对促进免疫重建具有一定作用。本文对以上因素的临床证据做简要归纳，为中医药介入艾滋病免疫重建的研究提供参考。

Immune Reconstitution Related Factors in Patients with HIV/AIDS

Immune reconstitution could be found in part of HIV/AIDS patients after receiving highly active anti-retroviral therapy (HAART). Its influencing factors are very complex. Many factors, such as the demographic factor, stage of HIV disease, pattern of therapy, sort of co-infections, baseline of CD_4~+ T-cell count, abnormal immune activation, related immune phenotype, and virologic factors, all could influence the immune reconstitution. In view of Chinese medine (CM) may play a positive role in this process, the clinical evidences for abovementioned factors were summed up briefly in this paper for providing reference to the future studies on immune reconstitution with intervention of CM.
