青州市初中学生艾滋病相关知识基底水平调查

[目的]了解青州市初中一年级学生艾滋病知识基底水平,以确定学校健康教育和学生生活技能教育的侧重点,以及行之有效的方法。[方法]采用随机抽样调查的方法,随机抽取青州市3所初中学校,对抽取的3所学校一年级全体学生进行整群问卷调查。[结果]1 112名初一学生接受了调查,艾滋病一般知识的知晓率为80.88%~93.64%,但也存在部分知识"盲点"问题;传播途径的知晓率为33.24%~93.07%,预防方法的知晓率为27.66%~59.65%,获得知识来源主要为电视和报刊书籍,分别占40.81%和36.73%。[结论]针对初中学生知识"盲点"部分,加大健康教育力度,改进教育方式,既要发挥电视、网络等媒体的宣传作用,又要采取多种积极有效的办法,如"学校教育"、"同伴教育"和"家庭教育"等相结合的教育方式,切实提高中学生的艾滋病知识知晓率。

Investigation on Basal Level of AIDS Related Knowledge among Junior High School Students in Qingzhou City

[Objective]To understand the basal level of AIDS knowledge among grade 1 of junior high school students in order to establish the key point of health education and life skill.[Methods]Questionnaire was conducted among all grade 1 students randomly selected from 3 junior high schools in Qingzhou city.[Results]Of the 1 112 students investigated,the understanding rate of AIDS related knowledge was between 80.88% and 93.64%.Blank spot existed concerning some AIDS related knowledge.The understanding rate of transmission route was between 33.24% and 93.07%.While the understanding rate of preventive method was between 27.66% and 59.65%.The knowledge acquired from TV and newspaper,books,magazines,accounting for 40.81% 36.73% respectively.[Conclusion]In view of this condition,health education must be strengthened and education style must be improved.TV,network must be brought into full play with the combination of other effective methods,such as the education methods combined with "School education",Classmates education" and "Family education",in order to improve the students' understanding rate concerning AIDS related knowledge.
