爱宝疗治疗细菌性阴道病的临床观察

目的:观察爱宝疗治疗细菌性阴道病的临床疗效。方法:采用单纯随机抽样法随机收集细菌性阴道病的患者100例,用分层随机抽样法分为治疗组和对照组,各50例。治疗组:爱宝疗浓缩夜涂擦阴道,q2d×6d,加一枚爱宝疗栓剂阴道放置,1qn×6n。对照组:甲硝唑200mg,tid×7d,加甲硝唑胶囊阴道放置,1qn×7n。结果:近期有效率:治疗组和对照组分别为93.4%和92.5％,两组间无显著性差异(P>0.05);4～6周后有效率和复发率:治疗组和对照组分别为94.3%、5.7％和85.7％、14.3%,两组间差异显著(P<0.05)。结论:爱宝疗治疗细菌性阴道病4～6周后的有效率高而复发率低。

Clinical Observation of Efficacy of Albothyl for Treating Bacterial Vaginosis Diseases

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of albothyl for treating the bacterial vaginosis disease (BVD) .Methods: 100patients with BVD were collected with the random sampling methods. They were averagely divided into the experiment group and the control group. The patients in the experiment group were treated by besmearing vagina with liquid albothyl concentrate (q2d × 6d) and laying albothyl suppository in vagina( 1, qn× 6n) . The patients in the control group were treated by taking metronidazole troche (200mg, tid × 7d) and laying metronidazole capsule in vagina( 1, qn ×7n). Results: The short-term effective rates in the experiment group and the control group were 93.4% and 92.5% ,respectively. and the difference between the two groups was not significant P > 0.05) . The effective rates and relapse rates after 4-6 weeks in the experiment group and the control group were 94.3 % , 5.7 % and 85.7% .14.3% ,respectively,and the difference between the two groups was significance( P < 0.05) . Conclusion:The effective rate of albothyl for treating BVD is high and the relapse rate is low after 4-6 weeks.
