慢性萎缩性胃炎患者IL-10、IL-12的表达水平及其临床意义

目的探讨IL-10、IL-12在慢性萎缩性胃炎(CAG)中的表达及意义。方法用双抗体夹心ELISA法检测30例CAG患者胃粘膜上清液中IL-10、IL-12的含量,同时以10例健康人检查结果为对照进行比较分析。结果轻度CAG患者胃粘膜上清液中IL-10、IL-12的含量无明显变化;重度CAG患者胃粘膜上清液中IL-10的含量明显高于健康人及轻度CAG患者(P<0.01),而IL-12的含量则明显降低(P<0.01)。同时,重度CAG患者的IL-10浓度与IL-12浓度呈显著负相关(r=-0.786,P<0.01)。结论重度CAG患者胃粘膜免疫细胞因子表达水平异常。

THE CONCENTRATION OF IL-10 AND IL-12 IN THE PATIENTS WITH CHRONIC ATROPHIC GASTRITIS AND THEIR CLINICAL SIGNIFICANCE

Objective To study interleukin(IL)-10 and IL-12 level in patients with chronic atrophic gastritis(CAG) and their clinical significance.Methods Using ELISA assay,the contents of IL-10 and IL-12 in mucosa of patients with CAG were examined and compared with that of 10 healthy adults.Results There was no significant change in contents of IL-10 and IL-12 in gastric mucosa of 15 patients with mild CAG.However,in patients with severe CAG,the contents of IL-10 in gastric mucosa was significantly higher(P <0.01),while the contents of IL-12 was obviously lower(P <0.01) as compared respectively with those in healthy adults or patients with mild CAG..In addition,it was found that there was a significant negative correlation between the contents of IL-10 and IL-12 in patients with severe CAG(r=-0.786,P<0.01).Conclusion There was abnormal expression of cytokines in patients with severe CAG.
